There are lots of things I could (and should) write about on this blog that could help other people.  And of all the things I thought my first series would be about, I never thought it would be about nuisance neighbours.

Over the course of the next two or three posts, I shall introduce you to 'The Twats' - a bunch of free-loading low-lifes who can make people's lives a misery without really trying very hard.  These people live in an area of predominantly owner-occupier-occupied housing, they contribute nothing to society except 8 bags of rubbish every week, and every UK taxpayer contributes to their rent, food and energy bills.

To cap it all off, after repeated attempts to get them to realise that their loud and foul-mouthed lifestyle is simply not acceptable, they simply carry on regardless - thinking that they are in the right and the rest of us are wrong.

So I can get some horrible nasty stuff off my chest (not typically been one for the sword, so I'll use the pen instead), and also in the hope that they might just stumble across this blog one day...
